What happens if the item is not as described?
If we determine that the item is not as described, we will contact the buyer and let him know the results. You then have the option to still take the item, receive a full refund or negotiate a different price.
How are the items authenticated?
The item will be checked to see if it matches the characteristics of the listed item and if the details match the seller’s description such as colour, clarity, carat weight, and metal type.
How am I updated on the status of my sale or purchase?
Both the seller and buyer will receive emails, when DWD receives the items and once the item has been checked and shipped out.
How long does it take to get my order?
This depends on two things:
  1. How fast the seller sends in the item, as they have 7 workdays to send it in after sale. Average time is a week to two weeks.
  2. If we have to remove scratches or such, or do any alterations at buyer’s request.
